Hadjiloucas Constructions Ltd is a leading construction and property development company in Cyprus, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects with integrity, precision, and reliability. We are currently seeking an experienced Consultant to support our strategic planning, legal compliance, and business development initiatives as we expand our project portfolio and optimize internal operations.
Job Summary:
The Consultant will play a key role in evaluating the company’s operational, legal, and strategic frameworks, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a multidisciplinary approach, combining knowledge of construction processes, real estate law, and project development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate internal operations and identify process improvements across construction and development workflows
* Support the management team in the preparation and review of contracts, permits, and legal documentation
* Monitor regulatory developments related to planning, land registry, and construction licensing in Cyprus
* Assist with strategic project planning and feasibility studies
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis on real estate and construction trends in Cyprus
* Recommend legal, financial, and operational strategies to improve project outcomes
* Liaise with external legal advisors, engineers, architects, and municipal authorities
* Develop reports and presentations for internal use and investor/client briefings
* Help implement new systems or technologies for project management or compliance
* Support negotiations with landowners, clients, and government departments
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction consulting, legal operations, or project development
* Knowledge of Cyprus construction regulations, urban planning procedures, and land development laws
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and legal databases
Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience working in or with construction or development firms in Cyprus
* Understanding of environmental and zoning regulations
* Familiarity with permit workflows from Planning Authorities, Town Halls, District Offices, and Land Registry
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or legal compliance certifications are a plus

Job Summary:
The Junior Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across departments, assisting with documentation, communication, and organizational tasks that contribute to the smooth execution of projects and office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in the construction and real estate development sector.Key Responsibilities:
